How to give regears
Apply regear payouts after a finished event.
Regears are priced on finished guild events (not Content analytics events). On the event aftermath board, open Regears for death review and silver totals. The Events list Payout wizard still works for officers who start from there.
From the finished event board
- Open Regears on the settlement board (below the fight chart).
- Review each participant's regear amount from regear prices.
- Optional: click Review on a row to approve or deny individual deaths — same killer/victim view as the battleboard.
- Mark the section done when review is complete, then continue in Player split and Payout on the same board.
From the Events list wizard
- Click Payout on a finished event, or open the event and choose Run payout from staff actions.
- Complete Loot split first (or open Lootsplit on the event board). Leave Include regear on (default) in the wizard if you use that path.
- On the Regear step, review each participant's regear amount from regear prices.
- Optional: click Review to open each death (same killer/victim view as the battleboard). Approve or deny with an optional comment. Denied deaths are not paid; approved and not-yet-reviewed deaths still count. Review decisions are saved with the payout draft, so they survive closing and reopening the wizard.
- Optional: in the review panel, change the Build a death is priced as, and set a Percent of that build's value — for example 60% for someone who brought lower-tier weapons, or 150% as a reward. The panel shows the resulting silver per set as you type. Leave both alone to use the defaults.
- Adjust individual death counts or silver per set if needed for special cases. The row's Build and Percent (edit from the
$/setcolumn) act as that player's default for any death you did not override individually. - Confirm regear totals (they already subtract denied deaths and apply your overrides).
Finish
- Continue to Player payout to credit balances.
- Execute payout — members see credits on Balance — see Your balance.
Regear silver is recorded as part of the same payout transaction as loot split and player credits.
