How to post an event (web)

Share the signup link and optionally ping assigned players.

Open the event from Events (/g/{slug}/events) or the public page.
Copy the Share link ( /e/... or /r/... depending on format).
Paste it in your Discord mass channel or pins.

Ping assigned players

On the public event page (/e/{token}), find staff actions (logged in as officer).
Click Ping to send Discord DMs to players currently assigned to comp slots.
Use this after assignments are mostly final.

When you create an event on the website, turn on Post in Discord in the composer to send the same formatted CTA card as /cta — see Discord commands for CTAs if you prefer posting from Discord.

Reminders

Leaders configure automatic CTA reminders under Settings (lead time before mass). When you post from the website or run /cta, the bot schedules a reminder in that channel using the same mention (role or @everyone) and your guild lead time.
