Yes. Go to Profile → Billing and cancel in two clicks. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing renews after that.
How many guild boosts you get: Silver 2, Gold 10, Crystal 30. Every tier removes ads and unlocks animated backgrounds. Gold and Crystal will also get a few backgrounds of their own later.
Yes. Upgrade any time and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period; the extra boosts arrive straight away. A downgrade starts at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for.
Yes, within 14 days of your first payment. Because Premium starts right away, we refund the payment minus the days you already used. After 14 days, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the period ends.
Your boosts keep counting until the last day you paid for, then they stop. If that drops your guild below a level, the guild keeps that level's rewards for 3 more days so nobody loses anything mid-week.
Resubscribe and your boosts go straight back to the same guild.
Yes, 7 days after you gave it. The wait stops guilds from passing boosts around before a big fight.
No. Cosmetics are visual only. Callers place players exactly as before, and anyone can hide other players' cosmetics in their roster settings.
Guilds no longer buy a plan. The features guild plans used to unlock now come from guild levels, which members unlock with their boosts.
If your guild paid for a plan, it keeps those features until the paid time runs out.
Pay monthly, every 3 months for 15% off, or yearly for 33% off. You get the same boosts every month either way. Switch at any time from Profile → Billing.
No. AlbionZVZ Premium is for this website only. It doesn't touch your game account, silver or fame.
Through Stripe, with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Prices include VAT. We never see or store your card number.
