Guild bank
Adjust member balances, review bank stats, and read the activity log.
Open Guild bank in the Economy sidebar (/g/{slug}/bank), or jump to a tab from search (⌘K / Ctrl+K). Use the tabs at the top:
- Bank — member balances and adjustments
- Bank Stats — loot, paid-to-members, and guild income over a date range
- Logs — balance change history
At the top of Bank, Total owed to players shows how much silver the guild owes across all balances (including former members who still have a balance). If any member owes the guild, a second line says how many and how much.
Adjust a member balance
- Open the Bank tab.
- Find the member in the list (search if needed).
- Choose Modify balance, pick grant or remove, enter an amount, and apply.
- Or use Pay out to copy the amount to your clipboard and set that member’s balance to zero (you’ll confirm first).
Negative balances
Removing more than a member has takes their balance below zero, which means they owe the guild. The dialog shows the resulting number before you apply, and a negative balance is shown in red on the member list.
Members cannot spend into debt themselves — paying another member or paying the guild stops at zero. Only officers can create a debt, by removing balance or by reverting a payout someone already spent.
A debt clears itself: the next event payout credits their balance and pays the debt down first. Pay out on a member who owes grants the difference to bring them back to zero.
Bank Stats
Open Bank Stats for season-style totals (same data that used to live under Resources). Pick a UTC date range, then review loot gained, silver paid to members, and guild income. See Economy history.
Logs
Open Logs for saved balance changes from the retention window (grants, removals, transfers, and event payouts).
When to use
- Corrections outside event payout
- Manual rewards or fines
- Fixing a mistaken payout before the next event
Event payouts should go through Payout when possible so participation and regear stay linked.
Discord
Officers can use /balance, /pay to, /pay bank, and /bank give / /bank remove / /bank clear in Discord — see Discord commands overview.
