Guild bank

Adjust member balances as staff.

Open Administration → Guild bank (/g/{slug}/bank).

Adjust a member balance

Find the member in the list (search if needed).
Enter Amount — positive to credit, negative to debit.
Add a Note for your records (visible in transaction history).
Submit the adjustment.

When to use

Corrections outside event payout
Manual rewards or fines
Fixing a mistaken payout before the next event

Event payouts should go through Payout when possible so participation and regear stay linked.
