Siphoned energy
Track what each player owes on the guild's Siphoned Energy account, and adjust it by hand.
Open Siphoned energy in the guild sidebar (/g/{slug}/siphon). Members see their own standing; officers also get the Import log tab (/g/{slug}/siphon-log) and the balance table.
A negative balance is the normal state: it means the player owes the guild. Most players sit deeply negative between top-ups, because crystal entry fees come out in small withdrawals and deposits arrive in occasional large lumps.
Import the account log
- Copy the Siphoned Energy account log out of the game.
- Paste it into the box and choose Preview import.
- Check the preview — new lines, players affected, rejected lines, and the date span.
- Enter the in-game account total so the site can check its numbers against the game.
- Choose Import.
Overlapping exports are safe: anything already counted is skipped. Totals are stored per player rather than line by line, so an import cannot be undone afterwards — that is why the preview step exists.
Adjust a player by hand
Use Adjust on any row to change a balance outside the log — forgiving debt, crediting a payment settled in silver, or fixing a mis-attributed name.
- Choose Add, Remove, or Set to.
- Enter the amount. Add and Remove take a plain number and get their direction from the button; Set to takes the balance the player should end up with, where
0means settled up and a negative number means they still owe. - Add a note if the reason will not be obvious later.
- Check the before → after line, then choose Apply.
Adjust a player above the table does the same for someone the log has never named — useful when a player owes energy before their first exported line lands. Type the character name exactly as it appears in game; a typo creates a separate player carrying the energy under the wrong name.
Undo an adjustment
Recent adjustments lists every hand-made change with who made it and when. Undo appends the opposite change rather than erasing the original, so the history stays true. An undo cannot itself be undone — make a fresh adjustment instead.
Why adjustments do not change the account total
The account total counts imported log lines only. It is what the site compares against the in-game number you type at import time, and a mismatch means log lines went missing — usually because rows aged off the top of the in-game log before the last import.
Officer adjustments never moved the in-game account, so folding them into that total would make every guild that adjusts anything look permanently out of sync. They are shown separately, and Owed by players / Held for players include them.
Start over from a blank slate
Guild leaders only. At the bottom of the import page, Reset siphoned energy clears every balance, every officer adjustment, and the import itself, so your next paste is treated as a first import. Use it when starting a new season, or when a bad import made the numbers not worth correcting one at a time.
The dialog shows exactly what will be deleted — players, log lines, adjustments, and the account total — and asks you to type the guild name to confirm. Add a reason if it will not be obvious later; it is kept with the reset record.
This cannot be undone. Balances are stored per player rather than line by line, so there is nothing to restore from afterwards, and every player's debt goes to zero. Re-importing the same log range afterwards is safe: nothing gets counted twice, because nothing is counted at all.
After a reset, the page shows who reset it and when, so an empty table does not read as lost data.
Members and adjustments
A member sees their adjustment as a single Officer adjustment line on their own page, so the balance they are shown always adds up. Your note is not shown to them.
